Career Accomplishments Executive and Physician Relationships

Mentoring I make a point of understanding the career goals and developmental desires of my staff and do what I can to foster their development. I meet with my staff regularly to help them identify developmental goals and opportunities and to help them track their progress. I enjoy the role of coach or mentor and feel this is a particular area of strength regarding the satisfaction of my staff with their work environment. I am patient yet persistent when working with my staff to develop their skills.
